Der Auslandseinsatz stellt für die Personalabteilung multinationaler Unternehmen noch immer eine Herausforderung dar. Dabei spielt die Entsendung von Mitarbeitern in den asiatischen Raum eine bedeutende Rolle und wird daher in dieser Literaturliste gesondert betrachtet.
